Precise Resort Rügen is woven into the Jasmund peninsula landscape, on Germany’s biggest island Rugen. Nearby, stretching for over 12 km, you will find Nehrung Schaabe, the longest beach of the Baltic Sea. The spectacular and world-famous chalk cliffs are just a stroll away. The unique versatility of Rügen's nature; gentle hills, rugged cliffs, picturesque lakes, beautiful sandy beaches, the azure Baltic Sea and the unique flora and fauna fascinates visitors.
Enjoy the mild climate of the island with around 2000 hours of sunshine a year - one of the sunniest regions of Germany. Be seduced by this all seasons destination; in spring the yellow blooming canola fields are glowing. In summer, the fine white beach sand sparkles against the clear blue sea and corn and poppy fields paint nature in green and red. In autumn, roaring Baltic waves hit the shore and the colourful trees avenues, roads and trails invite for a walk. In winter, seagulls sit on jetties, ornate with icicles and clear sea breeze fills the air.
Whatever the seasons there are abundance of attractions and what to do during your vacation on this magical island.
